Choose one hole at your home facility. Study it carefully from the tee, from the fairway, and from around the green. In your design journal, write a design analysis of this hole: what is the hole shape? Where is the ideal tee shot landing zone? What does the architect want you to do here, and what happens if you do not do it? What is one thing about this hole you had never noticed before this exercise?
